Graduate Technology Engineer

As a Graduate Engineer, you will join a dynamic and fast-paced team, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of innovative technology solutions. This role offers hands-on exposure across the full technology stack, from data engineering and automation to front-end dashboards and client-facing solutions.
You will help deliver impactful outcomes for some of the largest property owners and managers in Australia and New Zealand—shaping the future of real estate technology globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Head of Products and Services and the engineering team to understand client needs and translate them into scalable technology solutions
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack systems including data pipelines, integrations, dashboards, and backend services
Build proof-of-concept MVPs using no-code/low-code tools to validate product-market fit
Develop data models, ETL processes, and automated workflows
Create insightful dashboards and visualisations to support operational decision-making
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern scripting and development tools
Support testing, documentation, deployment, and ongoing improvements of our solutions
Stay curious and informed on emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications & Requirements:
A recent or upcoming graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
Passionate about technology and eager to solve real-world business problems
Familiar with data engineering, web development, and cloud fundamentals
A critical thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas clearly
Must have Australian work rights (citizenship, PR, or valid work visa)
Skills & Tools:
Data & Analytics: Understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and integration. Experience with visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker and Power BI) is a plus
Back-End Development: Knowledge of server-side languages such as Python, Java, or C#, and familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases
Front-End Development: Basic skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue is advantageous
Automation & Scripting: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and a drive to automate repetitive tasks
No-Code/Low-Code Tools: Willingness to work with platforms like Airtable, SoftR, Bubble, or Power Automate to rapidly prototype and deliver solutions
