What clients ask

  • Initially we would sit down with you and get to know you and the business, if the business context is complex we may even start with a site inspection where we can observe the business environment to learn what and how teams operate day to day. Once the pain points and opportunities are clearer a formal fee proposal would be submitted for client acceptance.

  • Yes, we prefer to build using commercial off-the-shelf platforms tailored to meet the customers and clients requirements as we believe this provides quickest tangible business value. However if the requirements are complex and unique we can work with our trusted partners, the customers and clients to build a custom solution from ground up. It all depends on the customers and clients requirements. In terms of support we will always provide options to either fully manage the solution or provide a complimentary extension of your existing team model to allow independence for your teams.
